1. This WCJB TV20/Gainesville CW10 contest is open to all persons
18 years of age or over, except interns, full or part-time employees of WCJB
TV20/Gainesville CW10, including their families (spouses, children, parents,
and persons living in their households), participating prize sponsors, their
agencies, and producers and printers of this publication. WCJB TV20/Gainesville
CW10 reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who doesn’t abide by the
contest rules as listed.
2. Winners shall be selected from each week's qualified entrants at random every applicable Wednesday. Winners
will be contacted via telephone numbers included on their entry form. If there
is no answer on any provided numbers, that winner will forfeit and a new winner
will be selected. Voicemails do not count as an answer.
3. Winners must claim their prizes at the WCJB TV20/ Gainesville
CW10 studio, 6220 NW 43rd Street, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through
Friday by the winner (in person) presenting positive identification. Prizes not
claimed within two weeks of notification will be forfeited. All winners must
sign the WCJB TV20/Gainesville CW10 contest release forms in order to claim
their prize.
5. All taxes due on any prizes are the sole responsibility of the
winners.
6. To win the prize, contestants must enter to win at www.cwgainesville.com each week to be eligible to win that week's prize.
7. Winners acknowledge that WCJB TV20/Gainesville CW10 and prize
sponsors shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their names, likeness,
and voice to promote their winning and participating in WCJB TV20/Gainesville
CW10’s contest.
8. Only one entry per person will be considered eligible for
winning.
9. Prize substitutions, rule changes or additions, and contest
modifications or withdrawal may occur with WCJB TV20/Gainesville CW10’s sole
discretion. Any rules dispute shall be determined by our management at the
station’s discretion.
